Click on the link above to download the application and the rules and guidelines for the Art Scholarship Contest to be displayed and judged at Fiesta on September 14, 2019.  Theme is "MEXICAN HERITAGE" and the artwork should represent what that means to the artist.  Artwork will be judged on originality and creativity.  Entries may be created in any still medium:  painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital art, prints, collage.  Art design may not contain any profanity, nudity, and must be appropriate for a family friendly event.  Click on the link for full rules and details or if you have any questions contact the Art Scholarship Contest Coordinator Veronica Bermudez at 409.543.6565.
