The Mexican Heritage Society of Port Arthur Texas, is a non-profit group of members/volunteers committed to promoting and celebrating Mexican Culture in Southeast Texas.  The Society's biggest efforts are Fiesta every year which is open to the public, Academic Scholarships to students of Mexican Descent, a Pageant Scholarship awarded to reigning Queen Miss Mexican Heritage, and Folklorico Dancers to name a few.  The Society meets monthly to plan, encourage, and celebrate the Society's core values and goals.  Below you will find the current board members, made up of individuals voted and appointed by society membership as well as committees the society has established to accomplish goals throughout the year.  We look forward to serving your needs and meeting you.  Visit our monthly meeting calendar of events page for when and where we meet.  We would love to see you there!

El Mexican Heritage Society de Port Arthur Texas, es un grupo sin fines de lucro compuesto de miembros y voluntarios comprometidos con la promoción y celebración de la cultura mexicana en el sudeste de Texas. Los mayores esfuerzos de la Sociedad son la Fiesta cada año que está abierta al público, las Becas Académicas a los estudiantes de Descendencia mexicana, una Beca de Desfile otorgada a la reina Miss Mexican Heritage y los Danzantes Folklóricos por nombrar algunos. La Sociedad se reúne mensualmente para planificar, alentar y celebrar los valores y metas fundamentales de la Sociedad. A continuación encontrará los miembros actuales del consejo, compuesto por individuos votados y nombrados por la membresía de la sociedad, así como los comités que la sociedad ha establecido para lograr metas durante todo el año.
